Affordable Housing Rally on Monday

This year, about 200 members of the RISC's congregations voted to make "housing and homelessness" the focus of this year's work. More than 35% of Richmonders pay more than 35% of their income for their rent; according to HUD, housing is considered "unaffordable" if it costs more than 30% of a household's income.
