Stabbing at Ninth and Marshall (UPDATED)

A stabbing occurred during a fight at the intersection of 9th and Marshall on the MCV Medical Campus behind City Hall.
(Original VCU bulletin indicated MCV campus.  9th and Marshall of course is directly behind City Hall.)

The Public is advised to avoid the area.  No word on any arrests.

The two female suspects approached the female victim and assaulted her. The victim suffered stab wounds during the attack. The victim does not know the suspects and the incident appears to be random.

The suspects were last seen running towards Broad Street.

The suspects are described as a black female, 5’2″ 125 pounds wearing a white T-shirt and hair in braids and a black female, 5’3″-5’4″ 180 pounds wearing all black clothing.
