10th Annual Oktoberfest at Capital Ale House

Grab your dirndl and lederhosen, it’s that time of year again…time for the 10th annual Oktoberfest at the downtown Capital Ale House. This year, the event will be held on October 6 and 7 and you can expect lots of German music, dancing, and beer.

From Capital Ale House:

This will be one giant celebration! It will take place over two days in the street and Music Hall. We will close off four blocks between Main St and 6th St. The entertainment will be provided by the SGTEV Hirschjager German dancers and German music by The Continentals and Die Immergrun Musikanten. Saturday October 6th will begin at noon and end at 10:00pm with the restaurant operating until 1:30am. Sunday October 7th will begin at noon and end at 6:00pm with the restaurant operating until 1:30am.

There will be a $2.00 cover charge with the proceeds going to the FeedMore, an organization who offers comprehensive hunger solutions that target our region’s most vulnerable neighbors: children, families, and seniors by providing essential food options to thousands of people in need. FeedMore’s mission is “to work together to efficiently and effectively fight hunger to enhance lives in our community.”
