200th Birthday of the Wickham House
On Sunday, September 23, from 2-5 p.m., join the Valentine Richmond History Center in celebration of the 200th Birthday of the Wickham House.
From the Valentine Richmond History Center:
At the event we will dedicate the state historic markers for the Wickham House as well as the Museum and introduce our new Elise H. Wright Curator of General Collections, David Voelkel, who will discuss upcoming plans for the Wickham House. The main events will be followed by a reception and tours.
The historic markers for the House and the Museum will be dedicated at 2:30 P.M. and David Voelkel, the new Elise H. Wright Curator of General Collections, will speak at 3:00 P.M.
