Paul, now that you’ve shown us where Lemaire’s patio is situated at The Jefferson, will you please check out old Louisiana Flair and let us know if there is construction at the site? The plan announced is to knock down the wall between #320 and #322 East Grace and open the Richmond version of an outstanding Rappahannock River oyster/seafood restaurant. The Richmond operation is to be called MERRIOR RVA and may open in September.
Burt, Something is definitely cooking there. The wall is down and the place is a big shell. I’m keeping an eye on it.
