New joint coming to 2nd Street?

Looks like the solid rumor wasn’t so solid. While there is something new coming to 2nd Street, it looks like Howell’s involvement is at best limited.

Solid rumor has a new Andy Howell joint coming to the 400 block of 2nd Street in the near future. One of Richmond’s best known restaurateurs, Howell has a track record of successes in off-the-beaten path locations including the original Zeus Gallery on Belmont, Avenue 805 at Davis and Broad, Cafe Rustica on East Main, and most recently Camden’s Dogtown Market in Manchester.
