One of the first condo projects to come on the market in years in downtown Richmond will be finished this summer.
The eight-unit condominium — 16 West Broad, named for its location — is in Jackson Ward amid art galleries, restaurants, a pawn shop and a few sundry stores.
“I love this part of town,” said Walter Parks, the architect and developer whose office is around the corner on North Adams Street.
