A Room With a View

Are you a young, rad and chill musician?   This may be just the ticket for you.

On St. James BEFORE the highway which I take to mean South of I95, though the embedded map, which appears to be a mistake, shows it smack dab in the middle of Gilpin. 

From Craigslist:

•  Musicians are welcome, one of my room mates is in a band. Everyone that lives here is friendly and chill.
• We have a refrigerator, the top half is even a freezer.
• You don’t have to buy ice because we got those plastic ice maker things.
• There are two dogs that live here but they are friendly and chill too.
• The view from the window is cool.  On a clear night you can see the moon.
