RT @AllThingsRich: The WaPo’s Guide to Greater Jackson Ward: http://t.co/x08EEWDn
Amusing that an article supposedly about Jackson Ward includes so few places actually located in Jackson Ward. My favorites; Croaker’s Spot (Manchester), Maymont (Byrd Park neighborhood) and this last one really confuses me Chesterfield Libraries.
They did hit a lot of high spots like the Black History Museum, the Maggie L. Walker house and a couple of local hotels. Pretty soon Croaker’s Spot will be back on 2nd Street. Some of the others have a black history month tie in. It was far from comprehensive, but we’ll take the publicity.
Ha, ridiculous.
