Fire at Tiffanie’s Manor?

Does anybody know anything about this. I just picked up this alert of the Times Dispatch. Apparently this is not the first time.  There was an almost identical story last year.

A fire was reported before daybreak today at an assisted-living center in downtown Richmond.

Firefighters were dispatched at 5:30 a.m. to Tiffanie’s Manor for Young Adults, and the first units on scene reported dark smoke coming from the roof of the apartment building at 115 N. Jefferson St.

Officials at the home told authorities that everyone had made it out of the building safely.

The cause of the fire was under investigation.
