2nd & Franklin Strikes Again

Just two weeks ago a pedestrian was hit by truck. This morning witnessed another accident on the same corner between two cars. Accidents used to be much more frequent (about 3 or 4 a month) at this and other intersections along both 2nd till the old street pole lights were replaced with the overhead ones.
